Tips for Securing PIN
  1. Do not reveal your PIN number to anyone, even to family or close friends.
  2. Avoid writing down your PIN number everywhere, let alone keep it in your wallet
  3. Make sure that other people cannot see your PIN by closing your finger movements when you press the PINPAD button or when entering your PIN.
  4. Periodically change your PIN with a unique combination that is difficult for others to guess.
  5. Beware of fraudulent attempts from individuals who claim to be Bank officers by phone or email asking for personal data, including PIN numbers.
  6. Bank officers will not ask or ask for your PIN number.

Tips for Safe Transactions at ATMs
  1. Change the ATM PIN periodically
  2. Do not serve those who offer assistance in the ATM room
  3. Don't lend ATM cards and tell other people your PIN (bank staff never ask for a PIN from a customer)
  4. Close the pinpad button by hand when entering the PIN at the ATM

  1. Check the value of the transaction entered by the cashier on the EDC machine
  2. Always follow the whereabouts of the card
  3. Close it by hand when entering the PIN on the pinpad
  4. Ask for your Sumsel Babel Bank Debit card back
  5. Do not share your PIN with other people, including bank officials or family
